I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch. My undergraduate degrees are in Biology and Chemistry from Metropolitan University of Colorado.

My additional training is in Dry Needling Level 3, Muscle Energy Techniques of the spine and extremities, Spinal and extremity Manipulation, McKenzie Disc Protocol, Chronic Pain Associative Awareness, Vestibular disorders, and Kinesio Taping and movement analysis.

I provide personalized, hands-on therapy in the comfort of your home, my office, or my gym, making rehabilitation convenient and effective. My clients include families—teenagers, parents, and grandparents—facing trauma, orthopedic challenges, or complex medical conditions. My mission is simple:

PT Consulting for Senior Care Facilities:
I specialize in fall management and mindful cognitive approach programs for Assisted Living, Nursing Homes, and Memory Care facilities, ensuring safer environments for residents. My consulting services include:
✔ Developing & revising fall prevention policies, incident reports, and individualized plan of care.
✔ Hands-on staff training for safe transfers, gait, and emergency protocols
✔ Educating teams on proper handling residents- both physical and cognitive

I was a distance runner for most of my life. I am currently active with anything outside, cardio lifting, and walking my two rescues, Koza and Juno.
