As an advocate for my clients, I provide a concierge-style physical therapy service.
I have over 25 years of experience as a therapist in several physical therapy settings including hospitals, rehabilitation units, and outpatient departments. I treat a variety of orthopedic and neurologic conditions.
Get to Know Me
I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch. My undergraduate degrees are in Biology and Chemistry from Metropolitan University of Colorado.
I am currently on staff at Denver Health outpatient orthopedic services. My additional training is in Dry Needling Level 3, Muscle Energy Techniques of the spine and extremities, Spinal and extremity Manipulation, McKenzie Disc Protocol, Chronic Pain Associative Awareness, Vestibular disorders, and Kinesio Taping.
I was a distance runner for most of my life. I am currently obsessed with Piyo classes. I enjoy kick boxing, yoga, cycling, and walking my two rescues, Koza and Juno. My two competitive and athletic teenagers who keep me and my husband busy with soccer games, mountain bike racing, volleyball, skiing, and boarding.
