Get to Know Me

I received my doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in Florida at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. My undergraduate degree is in Athletic Training from Northern Michigan University. Marshall University in West Virginia is the graduate school where I served as the Athletic Trainer at a local high school.

I have worked in several different settings including outpatient orthopedics, home health, and skilled nursing. I have spent the last 6 years as the primary and lead physical therapist at Denver Health Center for Occupational Health and Safety treating work injuries. My extra training and certifications are in Dry Needling level 2, Muscle Energy Techniques, Movement Assessment, and Manual Therapy. I invested in a relationship with you by learning about your movement and lifestyle so I can help your body feel and move to its fullest self!

I was a competitive swimmer in college. Currently, I am challenging myself by addressing my strength, pelvic floor and cardiovascular endurance deconditioning after having my daughter in 2021. My child and her four-legged sister keep my husband and I busy enjoying anything outside including hiking, snowboarding, and traveling.
